FAQ


Check the system requirements and enter the meeting room after logging in.
You will see your calendar with appointments made with companies.
You will receive an e-mail when it's your turn, so check the e-mail address you registered with. In the meantime, make sure the audio is OK and log in to Google to use Hangouts.
Unfortunately, your profile does not match the opening of any company or has not been selected. Look for a stand of a company you would like to apply to. Send them your CV by clicking on "Send CV".
If you don't see a black box with a loading image, maybe an error has occurred with the browser you are using.
We suggest using Mozilla Firefox or Chrome; otherwise see question 10.
Please check your Internet connection. You can do a speed test at http://www.speedtest.net/.
A 350 kbps bandwidth is required for proper operation. If your band is lower, we recommend using another connection such as your smartphone.

At the agreed time the button with the handset symbol on the phone will be enabled and you can start the call.
In the meantime, make sure the sound is OK and log in to Google to use Hangouts.
Click on the handset symbol on the phone as if to hang it up and then try calling him again by clicking on the handset again. The candidate will receive an email with the new link.
