FAQ


Please verify the system requirements and remember you have to link your profile to a Google Account, sign in to Google Hangouts and enter the chat-room. You will see the agenda of the interviews scheduled. You will receive a call and an email with the link to connect for the video chat when it is your turn. In the meantime, please verify that the audio is loud enough: when it is your turn, you will hear a ringing tone.
Unfortunately your profile did not match any company’s opening or has not been selected. You do not have the possibility to have any video interview unless a company accepts your application: the day of the fair you can enter the companies’ stands and send them your résumé clicking on “Send CV”. You could be contacted later.
Inform the company by sending an email to the email address indicated in the company’s stand.
Please check your email, you will find the link to join the video chat. If the company is still on-line you will be able to recover it
Please check your Internet connection. You can have a speed test at www.speedtest.net. For a correct functioning you need a 300kbps band. If your band is less we suggest you to use the chat.
Please check if the audio is enabled and the volume is at a proper level. Should the problem persist please use the chat.
If changing browser (we suggest Mozilla Firefox or Chrome) the problem persists please write at aziende.careerservice@unipd.it.

If a candidate does not answer you can wait for her/him or click on “End Call” and try with the next, if he/she is available he/she will answer before the scheduled time.

You will need to go back to your chat room and click on “Call Again”. You will go back to your video interview.
Once a student has been removed from the calendar, it is not possible anymore to bring her/him back.
